On a trip with you and the weather is not so great. You have lots of time on your hands and idle minds tend to wander. A few of us got together this weekend and the newest member of the group (he can fess up if he wants) suggested we do a gear shot. 5 photographers that the quick math totalled some 105,000 worth of gear. There was lots of gear left at home that is not included in the total. We were going to do a focal length total but couldn't agree on how to handle the multiple teleconverters.

That is the most awesome gear shot I have EVER seen! Glad to see everyone is a POTN supporter as well! Make a great ad for POTN. Make a great desktop BG! :)

Now that's passion. :lol: Great capture! The Canon marketing department should take notice. I can think of a few great ideas for commercials/print ads based on the trunk shot alone. Glad you had a great time, sucks about the rain. ;)

This was the 4th year that a group of us went to maine to shoot Osprey mainly.
Conditions were not too good this year,. though not too bad either.. but it's always a blast!
I'm sure we'll get some pics up in the bird forum soon! :)
