Hi. I am not native english speaker, so hope you will understand at least half what i am traying to say. I am leaving in Uk (so can forget abt AB and all other good stores of lighting u have, guys), so go for D-Lite 2 Head Flash Units, but have red on this forum that they are extrimelly under powered (200w each head). My studio is only 13' by 15', so do I need more powered Kits, like 400w each head? Also, this Kit have allunimium stands (only) is it very bad? Well, in Uk we have and better lighting to choose from, but couse i am new, dont want to invest in very expensive lighting just yet. Any advance from you, guys?

I will not answer you as i am not expert in studio or lightings stuff.
My advice is to get more power as possible, maybe 200ws can be enough but you will face some cases that you need more power, what will you do then?
If budget is not an issue then get more power the best key, and you can lower the power to lower values, but you can't rise the power if it is 200ws for example and you need more such as 400 and 500.

Best Luck :)

Aluminuim stands are freat but fiber are more lighter, check Lowel or Impact brands, but many advises me with Manfrotto brand.
plastic body? what do you mean by that? you mean the light head? I recommend you to get heavy or metal head or at least something that can last strong and handle longer, for heavy-duty you need stronger head if it is good light brand, otherwise you will have problems with heads if they break when fallen down or hitting something, and don't forget if the light heat is high it can damage some parts in light.
Check some well known brands and look under thier kits, sure they got something decent, as long you are in UK check Bowens lightings which is English made, also Elinchrom is a good brand.

D-Lite 2 flash kits are made by Elinchrome. Bowens lighting is a bit to expensive for beginner like me. I've red review abt D-Lite2 Flash Kit (200w each head), and D-Lite 4 Flash Kit (400w each head), looks like all Kits they provide are with alluminium stands and plastic bodys
