Finally got my cam back from the Canon Labs and well: We took it out sunday for a test. they replaced the whole top housing and the shutter release and a bunch of other crap but the shutter snaps like new!! :P.

Heres a teaser shot of what is to come.

yes its crooked somethign diff, and the sky isnt blown out it was overcast! Booo! umm what else whatever heres the pic!

Is that your light in the bottom left corner? Or landscape lighting? Either way, it does a great job of lighting his face up! Great shot!

I think it's great, it really makes the subject *POP* from the rest of the picture... which is awesome because when shooting street the background is always too busy.

My only negative critique is the angled shot. It looks like you've got some decent flashwork and you know about skate photography but the crooked composition doesn't work for me. I guess that's just personal opinion though. I have always disliked crooked photos.

Good lighting though...I like to see the use of off camera flashes.

I have to agree somwhat but i specifically liked the exposure on this one. He didnt land the trick anyway so this photo doesnt really count... :P
