I was trying to add a collection from my folders. I was in folder view on lightroom. (left side of screen had folders tab opened showing all my folders) I was going to select certain folders to make collections out of. By accident i dragged on folder over another folder. It then started to copy all those files to that folder. I hit cancel halfway through when i noticed what it was doing. It then took me 20 minutes to get everything fixed up.

If i just went to my explorer( out of lightroom) and moved folders back where they were supposed to be. Lightroom will not know where to look for files. And i could not just simply drag that folder back to the original place inside of lightroom as it would not let me. It would make subfolders inside of the original fold that was moved. (say files were moved out of Paris folder. So if tried to drag (Paris folder back over it self (from the accidental move to Rome folder) it would make a sub folder of Paris\Paris!!) wow that might be confusing.

Is there a better way to undo a move? Or an easy way to move certain pictures from one folder to another folder inside of lightroom?

Try going to Edit and see if undo will undo a move.

You could have just went into the "Rome folder", selected the "Paris folder" and then selected all of the images, then moved them back to the original Paris folder.
