Forms, legal docs, contracts

What I would really like to do next is put together some legal forms. Wedding contract, portrait contract, second shooter contract, associate contract, assistant contract, model release, minor model release - what OTHER forms do you guys want?

The forms I create will *not* be binding legal documents in your state. You WILL need to review them and check them against your state laws. However, I want to put together some sample language for those of you who DIY with legal forms. I'm quite familiar with this type of legal doc, the UCC, etc. and would like to put these together.

If you have samples, please post them in this topic. I will use stuff that's already out there to create what I can and if there are contracts/legal forms you don't see above that you want added let me know.

(my background is in law but I do not currently practice)

Thanks for the start on POTN resources. I did a search for second shooter contracts and associate contracts and I knew I could find model releases... so that's a great start.

At least releases are covered - maybe I'll post a few we've done and then just work on contracts. That seems to be less covered.
