Skullsquadron supported Helter for their EP Launch @ The Annandale last weekend...

I'm particularly happy with how these turned out... hope you like them!
C&C welcome as always!

Nice job. I am with most people on this board who hate to see the guitar cut off, so #2 & #3 could be zoomed out a bit, other than that, nice job.

Yup, good work. The guitar head cut off issue would have drawn a bit away from the faces in those two so I think in this situation this is the better choice. Unusual composition in #4 takes a few seconds to "see" but is also a good choice I think.

My favs of the bunch are 2, 3, and #5... I like the colors you're able to retain from these... They aren't mottled with browns as much as we often see here...

Yeah I know... except I was using the 50mm for the extra stops and the venue is pretty small so there wasn't much choice in terms of framing...

but I like what Dwight said too! :)

#4 must be my favorite in this lot. I really like the way it is composed. It takes a second or two to get it but scanning through them that is precisely why it grabbed my attention.

Well done!

And for those that prefer a little more headstock with their bass-player.... :)

I can't get my head around the framing in #4, but love the rest.

5 is great!

Some nice images. I think I like the last two best, allthough they could use a bit of blending exposures...
Most on the first set are a bit too centralised and closely framed for my tastes.
