For my first time in the digital world (5 years) I've had a strange goings on in my CF card..

Took some shots this evening on to my sandidk extreme3, viewed whilst shooting so I know they were there. Went to view them in bridge from the card through a reader and they were gone? checked on another system and still gone? checked viewing back in the camera through the LCD and now gone?

I ran rescue pro and there they are? saved to disk and now I have them although a couple wont view correctly.

Is it time to ignore it and move on or should I be sending the card back?

Just to note this card/camera/program/reader set up has been fine up to date.

Cheers
Raff

I would stop using bridge to view cards since I don't know how it works myself. Copy the files off your cards to your hard drive, using windows explorer or DIM (external link), then view using bridge.

Thanks Tim, I have only recently stared using Bridge to browes my files and open to PS, and for downloading of the cards since my move to Mac. I'll take a DIM or staight card to HD.

Cheers
