I got a huge raise at my job and thought I would treat myself to a new lens before blowing off all that extra money on bills.
I can't seem to decide between the Tamron 28-75 2.8 and the Sigma 24-70 2.8. Yes, I've searched here and elsewhere, read all the reviews and looked at the picture archives. From what I was able to research, it seem like the Tamron has the slight edge in IQ and the Sigma has the better build construction. At this point, I'm leaning more towards the Tamron as I'm more interested in IQ.
If you have either of these lenses, would it be possible for you to post your best unprocessed shot at 2.8, since that's the main reason I'm looking at these lenses? Again, I've looked at all the pictures I could find, but sometimes it hard to determine if it's the lens or the photographer's post-processing skills that should take credit for the image IQ. Thank you!
