ok ive only done these twice so i'm not the best just yet, iv'e just got to get my timing to a tee.

i think ive cracked it apart from my ISO must have been too high as it looks grainy!

i think the grianyness adds to it as it makes the image look sharper in the foreground

i filled a glass vase right to the top so it had a film around the edge (like when you fill a glass and it will slighty be above the rim)

then you set up your tripod next to the vase. and put a standard table lamp behind it.
next turn your camera to AV and WB - Tungsten and manual.

to drip the water i used a cup and some kitchen roll.
you soak the kitchen roll in the water and hod it above the water, when you see it about to hit you press your shutter.

i did these pictures in the dark so it would creat better shadows and reflections.

my exif details are as follows: (note Bold ones are the important ones)

Camera: Canon EOS 400D Digital
Exposure: 0.001 sec (1/2000)
Aperture: f/5.6
Focal Length: 55 mm
ISO Speed: 1600
Exposure Bias: 0/3 EV
Flash: Flash did not fire
