At least i think it's a Robin... :o

Taken this afternoon. My -4 Diopter adjustment lens arrived, so i was out practicing MF with the 400+TC. ;)

Very nice shot, nice colours and pose in a great setting! I have no familiarity with birds in the UK but it sure looks like a robin, very cute bird.:)

Hi Scott, Very nice pic of the young Robin, yet to see one my self, hopefully soon as I have a regular Robin visitor, my feeders have been visited by a juvenile Goldfinch and Blue Tit the last few days so it looks like the fledging all at the same time.

I was, but there's still a slight crop. I even followed him down the path, until he go into the sunlight lol!

That's the one thing i prefer about manual focussing. When i use AF i only use the centre point, and i usually use AI Servo, so re-composing isn't an option, which leaves you with only one option for good composition.... Crop the hell out of it!?! :evil:
