The stage lighting was very inconsistent, so I was trying to correct some colors in levels when this version of the image came up.
So...whadda you think?

Thanks for the comments. The costumes were an off-white satin top and a red satin skirt, I was surprised by the blending of the skirt colors with the floor covering, leaving the translucent effect of the skirt, and the black shadow. It is, in a word, an accidental abstract.

We are about to leave China. In the process, I transferred all images to cd's and shipped them back to America. Included was the original image. By the time I and the cd are in the same place again, this will be old news. But thanks for the comment.
