Stonechat. (finally!) :D

I've been trying to get some decent shots of Stonechats for a couple of weeks now, and i've finally taken some that i'm happy with. Well, still not close enough for my liking, but they didn't want me any closer than this hehe!

lovely open shots scott ,it adds that feel of habitate to the shot. you'll need to get within 10ft for some seriouse shots;)

Thanks a lot Reyno. I'm trying to think more about composition when i'm taking the shots, and waiting for them to come out into the open. I'm still having to crop quite a bit, but i'm almost where i want to be lol! :D

Thanks jason. The Robin shot i took Friday is the only shot i've taken since early spring that i've managed to get anywhere near that close! :lol:

Pretty bird. I too like the composition. The branch he is perching on is great and the bokeh/background is beautiful. Very nice.
