All I have done is ressized, saved it for web, from raw.

Can it be improved? I.E sharpen etc. or is it not worth improving?

I tried messing with it, but did not like what I was doing in PS
Taken with 30D, 60mm EFS
200 ISO
1/800 @ F4

feel free to edit

Also please can someone tell me how to cut and paste the picture data, or is there a good way to get it included for people to see

First its certainly a nice photo to work with and only minor adjustments needed for my liking.

Use a free hosting service like www.flickr.com (external link) for hosting your images. That way you won't lose the EXIF data having to use Save For Web vs Save As. The Save For Web strips the data.

Here's my attempt using Photoshop CS3 with a layer for Hightlight & Shadow adjustment - layer for Selective Color adjustment - merged visible then small amount of Smart Sharpen 30/0.3 - removed blemish using Clone Stamp - applied my Frame Action + your © signature.
