Hi, Have just joined POTN & finding it very knowledgeable.
I like to take photo's of racing dogs, but would appreciate any suggestions etc as to how I can achieve a more blurred background, to emphasise the speed, without using blurring tools in software.
Using a D30 with EF 24 - 85, EF 70 - 300USM.

Shoot manual, lower your shutter speed. You had shutter speed of 1/1000. Try shooting maybe 1/100 and pan with the dog has he is running
