I am really getting ticked off now. I placed an order (with deposit) on the 9th February with Park Cameras in Burgess Hill. (Probably one of Canons largest dealers in the UK).
Still no joy. 
I spoke to one of their directors last week who told me that they currently have over £4M on back order with Canon and yet they are not getting anything like the numbers of Mk IIs they were expecting. He would not tell me how many they had received but intimated that it was single figures. He assures me that I am now very high on the list, but could not tell me when they are expecting their next shipment.
Just to assist my peace of mind could anyone who has a MkII in the UK tell me when and who they got it from, and when they placed their order.
I know this will be of little help to me, but at least I am doing something.
