i heard a little bit about 10d's being somewhat soft in image clarity. is this true?
im moving up form a g5 to a 10d soon and was just curious as to what different items i may need to contend with etc

And as SDK said, with this "hidden" detail, you can get absolutely stunning results by sharpening with a program/plugin, or simply using USM in Photoshop. It is a rather big jump, especially if you don't have 35mm experience.
