I feel no real need to upgrade to the MKIV, cost aside, the MKIII suits me juuuust fine (even though the LCD sucks lol) Better than all the previous ones though, by a long shot. Still waiting for a major flaw to come out in the IV so we can get one of those prematurely dirt cheap like the MKIII ( YEAH RIGHT)
