Saw one of those too good to be true ads somewhere besides the usual places you look. Said Canon 1D mkiii, bought new for backup for a wedding never used again. Although highly suspicious it was within driving distance and made arrangements to view in a virus safe situation. This thing still has the protective film on the LED's. Not sure if it is your problem but there have been a few posts on POTN related to third party batteries swelling over time to the point they were difficult to insert into the camera. In your case it is into the charger. Should be easy to check the parts that make contact with the charger. >>> Pictures? What pictures? <<<<
