Hi everyone!

This is my first post so hopefully i read the rules and everything correctly about posting procedures.

I took these photos about two weeks ago in South Carolina as a small tropical storm was about to blow through the area.

The previews are fairly small, but you can view/download the full photo by clicking "Download" to the left of the photos.

All three are stunning. Would be nice to see them a little larger. Nice captures.

They look great, there is something in the top left of all the photo's though... you can see it well on the full sized images. you can probably do a slight crop to get rid of it. i hope no major damage was caused by the storm. I used to love stormy weather until it became my job... now i cringe whenever i look out and see rain or thunderstorms, means my day will not be fun. :P

Thanks so much...If you want to see the larger version just click the link that I provided on this thread then then click "Download" (just to the left of the photo) on my deviantART page. That will show the full blown photo :)

You can also just click the thumbnail image on deviantART to show the photo at 25%.

Oh wow..didn't notice that..It must be my lens hood. For some reason it occasionally shows up in my shots even when I have it retracted. I'll have to crop it out...thanks!

EDIT: I just cropped it out and replaced the files :)

Great set of shots. You really captured the sky in a great location. I have a real feel for the scene.
