Had a look at your website, loving the wedding gallery and especially the Visions. Very nice :-)

I love the coloring and the composition. I would like to have seen this picture with the entire door frame in the shot.

i like it very much good color palette missing the door though :( with the door being cut off i seem to just stare at the center of the picture where the wall is blank. Its almost there. Me i would actually crop out the top square, i think its a window, then brind back the bottom of the door if its possible. :)

Thanks for commenting. Yeah I know should have included the whole frame but the two (three) reasons I didn't I've explained earlier.

I would personally rather compromise the shot and get "something" that suits my style. If a shot does compromise my style and there is nothing that I can capture from the scene, then I would rather not take the shot. Or I may take it but wouldn't classify it as a keeper.

Thanks.

The colors and texture make this interesting but the framing is a bit too tight, need something to the right of the door.

the great thing about scenes like this(and digital photography in general) is you can isolate one element and still have a beautiful photograph.

I looked at your Italy gallery and you have some amazing images. Great work!

Yeah, I agree with you, maybe I should have shot one in landscape too. Thanks for looking and commenting.

Thanks dekalbSTEEL. There is a a scene within a scene, like you have shown eh? :-) Thanks for your comments. Although my website doesn't have all the best pics I took, I'm glad you liked some. Cheers!

Took a "peek" ;-)a through your gallery too. I think your oldtime one should be a featured one too. Loving the hood ornament one! Very nice :D
