batch borders

hi all, just wondering if anyone does batch borders at all or if you can?
I generally crop at 6.75 inch x 4.75 inch and then add .25 white border to each photo and one at a time so hopefully someone can direct me to a tutorial on doing this in batch, thanks crackennz
