I can but it differs greatly from yours.

1. I use LR so I Import my files by copying them from the card and converting them to DNG.
2. I crop to my desired output size (this may differ greatly from everyone else).
3. I adjust WB and then all of the "Basic" settings like exposure, shadows, fill light, recovery, and vibranace. I DO NOT use the global saturation slider.
4. I then adjust Curves.
5. I then adjust individual channels for saturation if needed.
6. I then Export OR Send to CS2 for more editing, like sharpening and converting to my printer's profile or converting for web.

Step for step our work flows are almost identical

My 5D workflow.

This is my workflow for basic RAW to JPEG conversion.

1. Copy RAW files to PC.
2. Append Metadata and other information.
3. Delete the "losers" (Spend quite a bit of time here...;))
4. Open image(s) in Adobe Bridge.
5. Use ACR for conversion. Here I adjust WB, exposure, shadows, saturation. Leave everything else to default and make sure NR and sharpening is also set to zero.
6. Either save as 16bit Tiff (If I want to do detailed PP work) or just open as 16 bit file in PS CS2.
7. Adjust levels, curves, shadows and highlights as neccessary.
8. Apply NR if neccessary. (I use Noise Ninja and 5D profiles)
9. Resize for target. (Typically to 1600 x ???? for web hosting)
10. Apply USM and Fade USM Luminosity.
11. Convert to 8bit
12. Save as JPEG. Level 8.

I don't do extensive PP so I don't typically work with big TIFF files, layers, etc...

My new workflow is:

1) Copy images from card reader to hard drive using Canon Camera Transfer
2) Import them all to Lightroom
3) Go through and flag the ones I want to work on
4) Process them in Lightroom, WB, contrast, curves, sharpening 0%, NR 0%.
5) Export all as either PSD (for later PP work) or Large JPEG (sRGB) for printing.
6) For web images I have an action pre-set in CS2 (hit F2) that resizes to 800pix and applies USM sharpening.

I never delete any pictures unless they are total losses, always best to have them
