I accidentally removed my internal card readers from my PC.:oops: Was disconnecting my external hard drive and selected the wrong "safe to remove" need help to reinstall them windows Xp

Just plug it back in and it should work.

Restarted since then? That should bring it back. Or just open Device Manager and do a scan for "new hardware devices".
