Can anyone recomend a good book, or website that will teach me how to use PS CS2? I have it, and the last time I knew photoshop was about 7 years ago, and I used PS6 at the time, so I pretty much forget everything.

If you're serious about re-learning Photoshop, I'd recommend joining NAPP (external link) (National Association of Photoshop Professionals). In my opinion, the best educational resource out there for Photoshop.

I say serious, because there is a $99 membershiip fee (well worth the money in my mind...others will agree).

Have a peek at the site and give it some consideration.http://www.photoshopuser.com (external link)

How to Cheat in Photoshop by Steve Caplin. Easy read and very quick reference book.

I would go with Lynda.com for $25 a mth you have access to a huge list of program video training , PS has heaps ,,, something about watching things being done thats makes it easy to learn , a book is nice reference but video tutorials are the way to go .
