Nicely done Lester, that is one colourful spider and most definitely a male looking at the size of the palps.

Thanks Brian, yes had aligned and stacked in photoshop, I align the layers using the difference blend mode, then change to normal blend mode add a mask and paint in the bits I want on the mask.

I found I had lots of artifacts from using CombineZ, this gives me cleaner results and more flexibility about alignment and image size etc. It is not as hard and lengthy as it sounds at first hearing. :)
