Had a bit of fun in the garden over the weekend now the wildlife has begun to really flourish. The baby frogs in the pond are out exploring the world, whiteflies are trying to kill all of my plants and the spiders are eating them for breakfast. It's very hectic!

This ladybird pupa had been waiting for quite a while.

But today it finally burst open and out strolled a fresh aphid-eater looking for lunch. His spots are not yet visible but beneath his translucent yellow casing I can see he will be a black ladybird with two large red spots, probably a Harlequin.
