I support the movement and will no longer shoot ducks or boxes, instead I will shoot a well thought out photo for my first lens shots!

I'm so jealous! Ooh, we have a print of the same painting on the wall!

Oh, how does the Nikon 24-70 compare with the L? I loved my L - it's the only lens I really miss from my Canon days (although the 85mm f/1.8 was also special, the 17-40, 24-105, and 70-200 f/4 were nice, but not mindblowing, like the brick).
