Nice, great optical quality and a setup that won't hold your 1D3 back (well maybe except for the TC ;) )

She can use the 300 f/4 with a 2x TC and still AF with her MarkIII!

THE DUCK SHOTS...(aka: a saga of love :) )

Ed and I went looking for ducks in order to fulfill the promise I made earlier....he spotted a little beauty in the brush

Permagrin, I have a duck that would be a true contestant for Ed. A bit of rivalry and jealousy is good. ;)

this thread and the event's around this prompt another song,

sorry guys and gals I just had too. it's been a while :)

Well, you can tell by the way I use my camera,
I'm a canon's woman: no time to talk.
Music loud and lenses are warm, I've been kicked around
and even stuck in the wedding forum
And now it's all right. It's OK.
And you may look the other way.
you can try to understand
the duck effect on me.

Whether you're a brother or whether you're a mother,
i'm tryin' shooting, tryin' shooting.
Feel the ducks and everybody shakin',
and we're stayin' alive, stayin' alive.
Ah, ha, ha, ha, shooten' ducks and stayin' alive.
Ah, ha, ha, ha, shooten' ducks.

Well now, I get low when trying to shoot ducks
and if I can't get either, then nether can you
Got the wings of heaven on my shoes.
I'm a dancin' women as the smell is just that bad
You know it's all right. It's OK.
I'll live to see another day.
We can try to understand
the duck effect on me.

Life goin' nowhere. Somebody help me.
Somebody got me stuck in weddings
Life goin' nowhere. Somebody help me.
Somebody got me stuck in weddings, shooten' ducks.

Well, you can tell by the way I use my walk,
I'm a canon's woman: no time to talk.

Mark- Excellent song!!

I seem to have lost my touch. not much into song writing any move but that got me through grad school. My life has always been a musical and I make ups worda nd melody for everything. when I had writer's block in grad school I'd take one of the million songs always playing in my head and rewrite it for the occasion. Block all gone!
