I personally get better results with RSP and I don't want/need Lightroom's organization functionality (I like IDimager). I may be wrong but I thought I read that Adobe hasn't yet incorporated the RSP engine into Lightroom (they had talked about "blending" it with ACR). Dave AFAIK, RSP has been incorporated into Lightroom and it just sucks! oldsquawk

I also use Photoshop, but do most of the work on my photos in Lightroom. I've been using photoshop since version 4 (I skipped CS2, but now have CS3). Lightroom has some growing up to do--sharpening isn't great, but it lets you manipulate images very easily and do them quickly. I found the sliders to be very easy to adjust to--I've been using lightroom since the first beta was released and it has gotten better and better. Organizing photos is much easier since I started using lightroom. Just download the trial and give it a try. While many people like the above poster hate it, there are many that love it. You need to decide for yourself. Rick

I'm not positive either, but I believe they've already incorporated the features they wanted (fill light for example) from RSP into LR and ACR, which BTW did not start with the RSP engine, as LR development started well before Adobe's buyout of RSP.
