I'm tempted to upgrade from CS2 to CS3...

I'm tempted to upgrade from CS2 to CS3, but to justify the cost, i really cant see that many new features that are going to benefit me, apart from maybe smart filters...

...which, from what i can gather, are just like using a filter as an adjustment layer? Is that correct?

Who has upgraded, and, was it worth doing?
