Need help to turn black and white

Hi.

Messing around tonight, and took this photo, need help though

I need to know the easiest way to convert it to Mono. Black and White, but I want to keep the hands and the colored reflection in color

I know the reflection should not be to hard, as you can cut it out? or make another layer, I really do not know much about PS when it comes to this side of it

But the hands, well I guess you have to mark around them????

Any help would be appeciated, and feel free to edit, comment, as it is all very new to me this sort of photography
