stupid question about raw

i have a stupid question about raw file

in the camera i can setup the hue - contrast - sharpening - saturation

when i shoot i get pics with the setting that i did tune up

but when i shoot in raw the setting of hue -contrast-sharpening-saturation are stored too??

because when i open jpg e raw , and compare they are almost the same

Canon software such as DPP will use these camera settings for its initial rendering of the RAW file. Of course you can change them, individually or in batches.

Other RAW converters will use the camera's white balance setting but otherwise ignore the rest of the metadata.
