Took some pics of my cousins car yesterday... nothing amazing, still trying to get the hang of photoshop.

C&C is always welcome

Real nice shots. Nice angles, and the pp turned out very good. The Evo looks real good too.

The closer crops look very good, it's the ones with the empty space above that bother me - to much empty space takes away from the subject. I would sugest getting closer to the ground and angling the camer up to give it more sky...the car itself is very well composed, I just don't like the crops on about 4 of them.

Cool car and nice processing. I would have liked to see more of a variety in the locations, though. The crop in #1 and #4 don't work for me because there is too much empty space above the car and the tailight/headlight is cut off. Maybe a landscape orientation would have worked better on those two. Since you are using a wide-angle lens, don't be afraid to get lower so you can exaggerate some of the features of this car. Nice start, so keep 'em coming!

Nice sharp photos, the wasted space is something I do a lot when I'm adding more photos or information above the car in my poster prints, but for just a normal shot, I have to agree with everyone else and say crop it down...unless there's something of interest in the space, not just a black sky.

nice pics and a sweet looking ride, i love that color

thanks for all the kind comments and the advice...

as for the wing, he took his stock wing off and put on a APR GTC-300 61" wing

the pedastals brackets at the bottom cover the stock holes and if he would ever go back to the stock wing, the stock wing would cover the holes he needed to drill for the new wing

i used a rebel xti with a tamron 17-35mm and a 50mm f/1.8 and i used no other lighting and exposure was @ about 1"

Great shots, I do like no.1 for some reason even with the space above.

I'd recognise those Falken Azenis RT-615's anywhere.

Evolution IX driven here as well.......
