I know where these are! Been to Berlin, these are around the corner from the Parliament building right?

I like the lines in the first one. They just need a little more contrast.

I can't say it does work.
B/W just isn't adding anything to the images.

Rammy, youre right. On my calibrated Eizo I find the contrast to be good thanks.
SOE, have you seen them in colour?
Because of the wether conditions, Its not much of a difference in colour anyway, and I find it "cleaner" like this. Thanks.

I'd prefer the sky to be darker. I think the first is better composed.

Like the first one quite a bit, as has been said, the lines are quite nicely composed in the shot.

i think these two images are what black and white was made for! i love the lines, form, and textures. maybe a little darker sky, a little more contrast, but those are nits. good job!
