this was one floor up
it would not be noticed as much (up there ) as on a lower floor, by the people walking by

the signal could have been 'known' by those who wished to 'know'

A great photo with strong innuendo, Marie! I really like your eye for things, and your minimalist almost watercolory PP really works well here. Somehow it reminds me of that International film "Raise the Red Lantern".
