I have a different opinion. I've just done the "upgrade" -- from D60 to 1D :twisted: The 1DMKII is very good but I can't justify the cost myself.

Anyway, I will share the D60 and 1D with my wife.

I am planning on getting a Mk II and will definately keep my 10D. I'm not a pro but I've found that happy place where I no longer concern myself with justifying spending ridiculous amounts of money on Canon gear. It stinks, sucks, isn't fair, keeps me poor and my kids deprived... but there it is.

I think the principle of get the best you can applies here.
