F1 Testing at Silverstone?

Just curious to see if anyone's heading down for the testing? I completely forgot so will either go tomorrow or the day after, assuming the weather's OK.

All the teams will be there, barring Super Aguri and Honda.

I will be there for the week end, practice, qualifying, and the race. When is testing?

Yeah aslong as you have a long enough lens, around the circuit there is various places to shoot from. I will be using my 70-200mm F2.8 with a 1.4x on a 1.6x body :)

That will do me fine, however you can still get some good shots with a 70-200mm full frame for instance although not ideal.

oh yeh, should be sorted with that :)

I've now finished school so ive got nothing to do, so may drive up there and have a look. But still want to know if i have to pay to get in?!?

Who went today? I did went with Forum member KenT as well. Was good fun, saw plenty of Canon shooters and few dirty nikons! haha! :)
