What's the largest good quality (subjective I know) size print anyone has produce from a 30D?
Did you upsize in PS or something like Genuine Fractals?
What settings did you use or does that vary by photo?
Thanks.

PhotosGuy Cream of the Crop, R.I.P. More info | Jun 21, 2007 08:42 | #2 The 20D provides great looking 12X18" prints without upsizing. You shouldn't have any problem printing good looking 16X20"s with the 30D. What settings did you use or does that vary by photo? USM settings vary according to the size of the print (+ other factors). I use 100 1.2-4 1 for most 12X18" prints. Sometimes I just sharpen a small part of the image, like the head in this one: FrankC - 20D, RAW, Manual everything...

Jun 21, 2007 13:30 | #3 I've printed 17"x24" that looked great printed on an Epson 4800, and recently had three pictures blown up to 8'x4' (yes, feet) that looked very good as well. The larger posters were done by a local beer distributor for "beer barn" posters. For the 17x24s, I upsized in PSCS3 with bicubic smoother. I wasn't too sure about how the posters were going to turn out, but they turned out great. I just wish I knew what they used to print them. I prepped them the same as I prep any photo, but they did the resize and print, so I don't know what they did after I gave them the files. John
