I saw a similar thing about a year ago, didn't involve a Samrt car but it did involve a hummer.
Here in FL we have the specialty plates.
Well I saw a guy driving a yellow H2 and on his tag he had the one for Bicycles, Share the Road
heres a sample of what the tag looks like.
