I bought myself some new lenses this week, together with some Kenko extension tubes and a Kenko 1.4X converter. Here are a couple of shots with the 70-200 f/2.8 IS and 68mm of tubes. Any comments gratefully received

Jun 23, 2007 00:47 | #3 The 2X converters don't seem to have a very good rep and, unless you have a 1D series camera will pretty much destroy all hope of retaining AF on a longer zoom lens (like my 100-400 or a 70-200 f/4), even with the pins taped. That's why I went with the 1.4X.
