Ok the first part was easy.....getting you to look at the thread.

Now for step two, 'The Introduction'

My 5D came in today!
I decided to check out Amazons 1-day delivery (before I was about to checkout at B&H) and see how much it would run compared to B&H's.

B&H around $55.....Amazon.........$25 and change. Guess who won.

So sure enough it got here.......and man was I excited. The UPS woman actually honked for me. Never had that happen, kinda made me think to myself, "Did she just honk?"

Anyway, the thing is amazing. Details are insane, high ISO handling blows anything Ive seen away and I dig the size, even though I still might get the grip, Ive just gotten used to my pinky having a place to sit:p

Here are a few shots, One of course is the 5D + 24-70L taken with my newly labled "Backup camera" XT + 85 1.8.

And the two photos is its first test run. It was taken ontop of a parking garage, several hundred feet away and a few or more hundred feet up.

2nd image is the photo in its entirety (sp?) ....the 3rd is a 100% crop.
Keep in mind that it was practically dark, so I bumped the ISO up to 3200:D:D:D

Those pictures look terrible. Really, really horrible. I think you're just going to have to go back to the XT and give that piece of junk 5D you have there to me. I'm sure I can find something to use it for.

:D :p
