I went to the Copperhill website and tried to order a cleaning kit, but when I filled out the purchasing page, it said my email address is not valid. What the H___? I have been using this addy for 2 years, ever since I got a satellite hookup, and now they tell me its not valid? Do any of these sites ever hire webmasters that know what they are doing? So my question is, where can I purchase the cleaning kit (basic for 20D)? I have other methods of cleaning but wanted to try the Copperhill as it is so highly thought of here.

Is there any way of sending an email to them telling of your problem?

Is it with your ISP or a free mail service like hotmail or yahoo? Is it with a provider they can localize you with?

Try the site again - maybe their server was having problems - I've had similiar problems in the past - sometimes its the server, sometimes my old eyes don't see the comma instead of the dot in the address...might help - if they are REALLY that unresponsive, vote with your wallet and try another product from someone else!

They did the same to me and took a week to respond . I am looking for a kit with case instead of zip-lock bags .
