I like the concept of the image. However, it appears that the lighting/shadows may have been a bit tricky at the time it was shot. There are some over-exposed portions in the clouds, and the right side of the image is in shadow. Just some considerations...

To orange/red for my taste....but I think that if you did have a little more detail in the highlights and shadow area, it may turn out to be a great b&w

I could sit and play with this image for an hour, so many ways to go with it. Where was it taken?

I think your white balance is way off. Fix that and sharpen it some and I think you'll have a good image.

bro's is too warm, steel's is too purple... I agree with Odin, correct WB and sharpen = good. Possibly even B&W.

I agree that the WB is off a bit. But as an image I really like the concept! If you just corrected it in PS you'd have a great image.

so the photo was taken in Washington, DC. the building in the bottom on the frame is next to the Hirshhorn Sculpture Garden.

here is the original, with slightly adjusted levels, and sharpened some. i had made the color of the image that brownish color on purpose.

feel free to edit the photo
