The clouds made the shots work against the desert landscape. I almost gave up looking due to the site taking to long load (i have dsl). "Whatever you can do to avoid Photoshop is worth it"

Jun 25, 2007 07:52 | #4 Ha! It wasn't too bad in the morning, in the mid-80's. By 1:00 it was about 100 though. It was 112 degrees in Palm Springs on the way back, according to the temp display in the car

A CPL can produce some really uneven polarization with such a wide angle lens at that time of day. I don't have too many issues with my CPL earlier in the mornings and later in the evenings though.
