changing the color of an over exposed sky...

i need help changing the color of an over exposed sky from complete blown out white to a more pleasing blue... but the catch it, there is no definite horizon in the picture... the top one third part of the photo is pretty much tree limbs and leaves with the over exposed sky showing though... what is the best way to colorize the sky...?

Play w/ magic wand to select the sky by adjusting the pixel. create a copy of the BG layer and fill it w/ desire color and select color in the layer palete

if its pure white, u can try use the "replace color " tool in ps:
image->adjustment->replace color.
use eye dropper to pick the sky and move the slider till only sky is highlighted. then pick new color to replace it with. might be worth a try.
