I noticed this scene the other day and just waited for somebody to fit with the words. I took the other day in Newcastle, one of the first out of my new Sigma 70-200; seems useful for capturing people and scenes at range which is a change to my usual closer style.

haha. Nice. I love that suspicious expression people make when you point your camera at them. The is-that-camera-really-pointing-at-me look.

Good job at having the patience to wait for the right photo.

Love this shot! Her intense gaze ties up with the sign rather nicely. This is a great technique in street photography. Find a location that looks interesting and wait for the human element to 'wander' into the shot. Click!

I suspect that this would look timeless in B/W or duotone. Thanks for sharing!

Cheers pio, thought you might like it. Just for you here's a very quick attempt at B+W:

P.s. I know you don't really hang about in people but you might like this series that I took in Morocco. Hope you like them! https://photography-on-the.net/forum/showthread.php?t=340368

That's the kinda look that's shortly followed by a "what you lookin' at" and a swinging handbag.

Great capture!

This is an excellent candid with a good lead-in
Much prefer the colored version.
Nice job.
