You didn't do a half bad job with those bushes that were cut off! Which technique did you use there?

It's a great start. Did you clone to fix the upper missing parts?

Now it's the hard part, to fix the faded black to match the new left side. Please post again as you work.

I cloned the left hand side just to provide some substance and then used the clone stamp again but with a wierd leaf type brush/font/thingy. I'm not happy with the wheels but I will have another go soon.

I think you did a great job. I'd be curious to see if the PS shadow/highlight tool could help balance out the image.

Having done a few myself; I know the tedious work involved. The result however is rewarding and I would say your work is good and now should last forever in the world on ones and zeros.

JK, but I will try Brians suggestion and maybe even start from scratch. Thank you for the comment so far!

You give me too much credit and not enough for yourself!!! The tone is better on your photo, I think I need to play a little more with mine. I really don't like my attempt (even though its my first!) at the wheels, and I cannot believe I missed that crease over the spare tyre!!! omg.

I think all the versions here are really good. Especially from the size of the original print.

2 Samuel 9:7-8, "So David said to him, “Do not fear, for I will surely show you kindness for Jonathan your father’s sake, and will restore to you all the land of Saul your grandfather; and you shall eat bread at my table continually.” Then he bowed himself, and said, “What is your servant, that you should look upon such a dead dog as I?”
