Are these getting better? I know it is hard to get worst as you practice.

I didn't check the EXIF however would think it might be helpful to increase the ISO a bit so you could use a faster shutter speed. I'm certainly no expert but do try to get shutter speeds around 1/1000 for birds (maybe a bit less if using a tripod) Scott
