Awkward leg in prom photo--what do I do?

Took some photos at and before my prom last night and I realized that in this otherwise great photo my leg is looking very strange.

What kind of PP would you do on this, to make it look more natural?

Looks fine to me, perhaps try another shot, presuming that you took more than one.

Seriously, you might be able to clean it up a little with Liquify in PS. just keep an eye on the background. If you over do it, it will look worse that the original.
