Everytime I try to use photoshop help I get the message : 'the operation could not be completed'.

It is a licensed version

Maybe you need to be connected to the internet? I believe it pulls up the adobe site when you get help from inside photoshop.

I don't know if this is your problem, but what web browser do you use as the default. And are pop ups blocked?

The PS help opens in a browser.

internet explorer - I have the pop-up blocker on, but usually, I get a message asking me if I want to allow pop-ups if I access a new site - but not this time. Shall try a re-install.
